Vinyasa class, which is suitable for anyone in good health with a reasonable level of fitness. Each movement is connected to the breath as we flow through a sequence of postures.
There is a strong focus on strength, flexibility and alignment. With awareness and modifications to work for everyone and everybody, no matter their size, shape or flexibility.
