Yoga offers a path to living a more vibrant and fulfilling life by clearing the daily mental clutter that we all experience. I enjoy sharing this ancient tradition with people who are eager to learn more.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 25 years and has guided me through physically and emotionally challenging times. In 2016, I enrolled in a year-long study of yoga philosophy, which was a life-changing experience. My journey with yoga was only just beginning.
Yoga qualifications and experience
Classes are warm and inviting, with a wonderful community of people in attendance. I provide modifications to accommodate all students and strive to make everyone feel valued and at ease. Safety is a top priority in our yoga sessions, and while we like to keep things light-hearted, we take precautions to ensure that everyone practices in a safe environment. I aim to base our yoga activities, both verbal and physical, on established and emerging research in the field.
