SPRING EQUINOX DAY RETREAT 

From Intention to Action: Yoga and Practical Tools to Support Change


Mark the Spring Equinox with a day designed to support clarity, energy, and purposeful action.


This inspiring, day retreat offers a balanced blend of energising yet gentle physical (asana) yoga, guided meditation, pranayama breathwork, and sound meditation alongside accessible insights from neuroscience and behaviour change. 


The focus is on creating space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters for you, while exploring simple, practical ways to support the move from intention into everyday life.


The day is intentionally spacious and responsive, allowing time for movement, rest, and integration. Whether you’re seeking renewed energy, clearer direction, or simply a well-held day to reset, this retreat offers a supportive environment to do just that.


My aim is to provide you with tools that you can take away and incorporate into your life for empowering change, as well as supporting you to have a great day!


Alongside being an experienced and qualified yoga teacher, I bring professional training and experience in habits and behaviour change, which blends well with yogic techniques and together they inform the reflective and practical elements of the day.


A light lunch and refreshments are included.


The session includes:

  • Energising yet gentle yoga to support stability, strength, and clarity
  • Guided meditation and intention-setting for focus and direction
  • Breathwork (pranayama) to enhance energy, and focus
  • Practical insights from neuroscience, habits, and behaviour change
  • Sound meditation with Tibetan bowls for rest and nervous-system integration

 

Expect to leave feeling calm, energised, and more aligned with your intentions.  After attending many *people notice a sense of calm and renewed energy, with clearer focus and a greater connection to their intentions. 


The combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and reflective practices can leave the body feeling supported and the mind refreshed, offering space to consider simple, practical steps for everyday life.
