Each class includes gentle movement, simple strength work, breathwork, and relaxation to help ease tension and support your overall wellbeing.  


  • 6-week course 
  • 1 x 60-minute class per week 
  • Fridays at 09:30 am  
  • Small group setting for individual support 
  • Includes 2 guided breathwork videos 
  • Includes  2 relaxation recordings

 This course is delivered live via Google Meet. After booking, you’ll receive your joining link and simple instructions by email. You can join using a phone, tablet, or computer—just click the link, no need to install anything.

Requirements for the Course - What You Will Need

  • Phone, tablet or computer
  • One-hour commitment each week
  • Yoga mat
  • A space where you won't be disturbed (animals/pets are fine)
  • Optional (but helpful):  two yoga blocks (thick books also work), long scarf or belt, pillow, and a chair (like a dining table type chair)
