Inspired by current best practice approaches, this course uses gentle, structured movement to help you feel more confident and comfortable in your body. Sessions are accessible to all levels, with options and guidance to support you in moving at your own pace.
You’ll learn simple, practical ways to support your back, helping you feel more in control of your movement and overall wellbeing.

This six-week course gently guides you through reconnecting with your body, improving mobility, and building strength to support your back. You’ll develop core stability, ease tension, and bring everything together through smooth, coordinated movement. By the end, you’ll feel more confident moving with ease and have simple tools to support your back in everyday life.
Each class includes gentle movement, simple strength work, breathwork, and relaxation to help ease tension and support your overall wellbeing. There are two courses, they are the same, select which day works best for you when booking.
The course is held at 33-35 West Newgate, Lodge 40, Arbroath, DD11 1BZ.
To join this course, you must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance (using a chair to help yourself up is absolutely fine).
